Shipping policy

Jihae ships within the United States and to most countries worldwide.

Processing time
Our pieces are made to order in Los Angeles. Preorders typically ship within 2–3 weeks. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking.

United States
Domestic orders ship via USPS with tracking.

International
International orders ship with tracking via DHL or FedEx. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Delivery usually takes 2-4 weeks after your order ships, depending on your location and shipping method. Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout, since the carrier may use your phone number to arrange delivery.

Duties and taxes
For international orders, duties and import taxes are calculated and paid at checkout, so there's nothing extra to pay when your order arrives. You can check out in your local currency. International orders are processed by our partner Global-e, which acts as the merchant of record.

Delays
Jihae is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order hasn't arrived or tracking shows an issue, email us at shop@byjihae.com and we'll help track it down.

Returns
All sales are final, except where local law gives you the right to return your order. Customers in the European Union may cancel or return an order within 14 days of delivery. Email shop@byjihae.com to start a return. If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.
